Beef is available year round, but we typically sell out with pre-orders in January. We send out our newsletter on January 1st and reservations are required. The majority of our cattle are harvested in late May-August, when they are plump on our lush spring grasses.
Whole Beef - $10.99 per pound for 250 pounds of beef.
Half Beef - $11.25 per pound for 125 pounds of beef.
Quarter Beef - $11.50 per pound for 60 pounds of beef.
Gourmet Ground Beef - $10.00 per pound
Grilling Box - $14.99 per pound for 20 pounds (includes steaks, ribs, and roasts)
Weston A. Price Box - $14.99 per pound for 20 pounds (includes organ meats, marrow/soup bones, and ox-tail)

A typical whole beef produces the following custom cuts: 6 top sirloin steaks, 8 t-bone steaks, 6 rib eye, 6 chuck steaks, 4 tri-tip roasts, 6 sirloin tip steaks, 2 rump roasts, 4 chuck roasts, 4 arm roasts, 4 BBQ ribs, 108 ground beef, 10 soup bones, 12 boneless stew, 2 flank steaks, and 2 fillets. Half and quarter orders get the same cuts, just in their respective amounts.
Delivery - Delivery is free in California when you purchase a whole beef or utilize one of our drop points. To create a drop point near you contact us. We currently have drop points in the following cities: Oakhurst, Fresno, Merced, Modesto, Sausalito, and San Luis Obispo.
For all other orders pick up is available at the farm in Mariposa.
